Learning and growing is a continuum in the real estate business and so it is at CBSHOME! In addition to your initial discovery of day to day business outlined above, we offer monthly company-wide Lunch & Learn opportunities featuring a variety of real estate related topics. Our Technology and Marketing Departments take their “show on the road” and visit each sales office independently to assist with individual agent needs and to train the newest, most innovative technologies & marketing skills. Each office also initiates various learning and coaching sessions which keep us all up to date on prospecting strategies, industry trends and company offerings.
