Pass 60 hours of prelicense education available through colleges, universities, proprietary schools or online, pass the state and national exam and get your license through the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC) if you are a Nebraska resident or the Iowa Real Estate Commission (IREC) if you are an Iowa resident.
